First-Gen Staff & Faculty Affiliate Group – Interest Form
We are exploring the creation of a First-Generation Staff & Faculty Affiliate Group at UC San Diego, a space dedicated to fostering visibility, community, and support for first-gen professionals across campus. Inspired by the mission of Triton Firsts, this group aims to connect first-generation staff and faculty, strengthen belonging, and champion the experiences of those who were the first in their families to graduate from college.
This form helps us gauge interest and understand the needs of the community. If you are first-generation staff and faculty, we invite you to share your interests and help us build a strong, connected network.
